- Higher-education degree (Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, People Management)
- 6+ years recruiting experience in a tech company recruiting function
- Highly developed tech worker search skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, channels, and processes
- Ability to take initiative with little direction
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- Advanced English
What You Will Do
You will develop recruitment strategies, build trust based relationships with internal clients and work to quickly understand their talent needs.
In this role you will determine hiring targets, develop role profiles and manage the end to end assessment process to ensure the success of new hires. As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for the full candidate life cycle, turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. You will work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding both efficiently through our robust process, synthesizing feedback from assessors and threading together a story line to determine the viability of a candidate’s success, while providing consistent reporting to leadership on pipelines and progress against your goals.
You will have a great opportunity to participate in recruiting related projects globally to set best practices and will work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities.
Lastly, you will ensure that recruiting keeps being an item of the leadership schedule, while revisiting all our company selection and recruitment process in order to generate financial results.
